We ship to Ireland and the EU, tracked with An Post. Orders leave Ballina, Co. Mayo once production is finished and the dispatch date is confirmed here and by email.
Delivery is within 30 days of purchase. The day your order moves, you get an email with your tracking number. If you have not received your order and it has been more than 30 days, email us and we will track it down or refund you in full.
Under EU consumer law you can change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. To cancel, email returns@onyx-13.ie within those 14 days. We will send you the return address to use.
If the garment is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not the colourway or size you ordered, the mistake is ours. We cover the return postage and we will replace the garment or refund you in full. Email returns@onyx-13.ie with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will sort it, normally within a few working days.
Please send garments back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with any labels attached. We cannot accept a refund for items that have been worn or washed. This is standard for clothing and it protects every other customer.
