These terms govern every order placed on onyx-13.ie. They apply to consumers in Ireland and the EU. If anything here is unclear, email info@onyx-13.ie and we will explain it plainly before you buy.

This site sells the ONYX-13 Legacy Hoodie (Drop 01), a 460 GSM heavyweight French Terry hoodie in 100% cotton, finished in Ballina. Each order is for one hoodie in the colourway and size you select at checkout. Your order is a binding offer to buy once you complete payment. We confirm each order by email after your payment is captured.
Drop 01 is a pre-order. You are charged the full price at checkout today. The dispatch date will be confirmed here and by email as soon as it is locked in. Every order ships within 30 days of purchase. The day your order moves, you get an email with your tracking number. If a delay ever exceeds what we have told you, we will email you to explain and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.
The price of the hoodie is €99.99. Delivery to Ireland is €4.99 and €9.99 elsewhere in the EU. The total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely by PayPal. This site never receives or stores your card details. If a discount code applies, the discounted total is shown before payment. There are no hidden charges.
We deliver to Ireland and the EU only, tracked with An Post. You will receive a tracking email the day your order ships. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@onyx-13.ie and we will sort it. Delivery times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed, but if we cannot deliver within 30 days of purchase you may cancel and receive a full refund.
As an EU consumer buying at a distance you have a legal right to change your mind. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason at all, and receive a full refund of the price and standard delivery cost. To exercise the right, email returns@onyx-13.ie before the 14 days are up. Your only obligation is to look after the garment and send it back. For a voluntary return you pay the return postage; we refund you within 14 days of the goods coming back to us, to the payment method you used. The full process is on our Shipping & Returns page.
If your garment arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage. Email returns@onyx-13.ie with a photo and your order number and we will handle it. Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 are unaffected by these terms.
The garment is 100% cotton. To keep the embroidery and fabric right, follow the care label. Returns of non-defective items are only accepted for garments that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
The ONYX-13 name, the Celtic tribal bird mark, and all artwork on this site are the property of Danny Dempsey. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the garment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute is subject to the courts of Ireland. If you are an EU consumer you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing here takes away your right to bring a claim in your home courts or to make a complaint to your national consumer body.
